The RPTFE gasket is made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filled with glass fibers and other reinforcement materials. It is modified through a calendaring process, which significantly improves mechanical strength, anti-creep performance, and service life compared to standard PTFE gaskets. RPTFE gaskets are widely used in pipeline flange sealing, insulation pads, valves, bearings, and petrochemical equipment, particularly in environments that require high corrosion resistance, extreme temperatures, and excellent sealing performance.
