RPTFE Seals are high-performance sealing components made by enhancing virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) with selected inorganic fillers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, barium sulfate, or alumina. These seals are engineered through an advanced calendered (rolled) modification process, which drastically improves resistance to creep, compression set, and thermal deformation.
