Product Overview
TG-1800 is a high-performance modified PTFE gasket filled with hollow glass microspheres. This advanced formulation dramatically enhances creep resistance at elevated temperatures, outperforming traditional pure PTFE gaskets. With a compressibility of 9% and a rebound rate of 64%, it provides excellent flange adaptability and sealing resilience. Its exceptional elongation (370%) and low creep relaxation rates (58% at 100°C, 78% at 200°C) make it ideal for use in cryogenic and chemically aggressive environments.
Thanks to its enhanced physical properties and extremely low leakage rates-validated by ASTM, DIN, and JIS B sealing performance standards-TG-1800 is widely used in applications involving liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, LNG, and a variety of chemical fluids. It is equivalent in performance to GYLON® 3504, SIGMA® 500, TF 1570, and DURLON® 9000.
