Product Overview
TG-1801 is a high-integrity modified PTFE gasket filled with ultra-fine silica particles. This formulation significantly minimizes high-temperature creep compared to traditional virgin PTFE, delivering extended performance stability and sealing integrity under elevated thermal conditions. With a creep relaxation rate as low as 34% at 100°C and 62% at 200°C, it is ideal for sealing applications that demand both thermal resistance and low gas permeability.
TG-1801 also features a high elongation rate of 413%, strong tensile strength (17 MPa), and zero leakage in ASTM and DIN sealing tests. These properties make it a reliable choice for use in gas pipelines, heat exchangers, and high-spec chemical processing systems.
It is designed as a high-performance alternative to VQ-7020, T-9007LC, GYLON® 3500, Top-Chem® 2005, and SIGMA® 511.
