Modified PTFE sheets are high-performance sealing materials developed to outperform conventional PTFE in environments requiring low creep, high mechanical strength, and chemical resistance. At Taigor, our journey into modified PTFE sheet research began over a decade ago, driven by the industry's demand for a material that could withstand extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, and high sealing pressures without losing integrity. We introduced our first-generation calendered modified PTFE sheets in 2012, and since then, our technical team has continuously optimized:

• Filler compatibility and dispersal techniques (silica, barium sulfate, alumina, glass microspheres, etc.)
• Stress relaxation control using precision calendering (vs. traditional molding)
• Ultra-low leakage sealing performance verified under ASTM, DIN, and JIS standards

Today, our modified PTFE sheets have been exported to over 25 countries, with field-proven performance in industries such as chemical processing, LNG, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food-grade systems.
